Fox Hollow is a venture between Silverado Interests, and the Wilkinson Group, Inc. We were attracted to this investment because of the strong long term track record of our partner, and because it provides investors with a strong current income.

Fox Hollow was built in 1986 and consists of 184 units in 21, two-story residential buildings situated on approximately 13.92 acres of land fronting on W. Hartley Drive in High Point, NC. The property has approximately 600 feet of frontage along the southern side of W Hartley Dr. and is just two-tenths of a mile off N Main St, which experiences a traffic volume of approximately 22,000 cars per day.

The property is attractively designed and constructed, has excellent curb appeal and is highly visible from W. Hartley.
