Marriott Courtyard

The Courtyard by Marriott in Sugar Land, TX is a venture between Silverado Interests, and Woodbine. It is anticipated to open at the beginning of 2018. This is a 1.75-acre site within the 5-acre Planned Development District of Lake Pointe One, a 190-acre master-development – the parcel sits on the water frontage directly north of the Hyatt Place and just south of the planned 150k sf office and Fluor’s 1.2mm sf headquarters.

The site is a five-minute walk to dining, shopping, residential and medical, including the Whole Foods Market, 14 restaurants, Lifetime Fitness and 320 upscale town homes, patio homes and lifestyle garden homes. Noah’s event venue is located across the street for meetings, seminars, training and conferences. It also is a five-minute drive to First Colony Mall and Sugar Land Town Square, home to a 300-room Marriott hotel and conference center and more than 30 restaurants. The subject site is situated on Brooks Lake and in close proximity to the U.S. 59 and Texas State Highway 6 intersection. Located adjacent to the Fluor Corporation, one of Fort Bend County’s largest employer, the area is also home to the world headquarters for The Minute Maid Company, CVR Energy and Noble Drilling. Other significant corporate offices include Sunoco, UBS, United Healthcare, Schlumberger, Nalco Champion and Texas Instruments. In addition to the location and amenities, Lake Pointe One offers water frontage with ornamental fountains and expansive lake views adjacent to miles of landscaped, lakefront walking trails connected to the Oyster Creek Rowing Center.
